The Barrett HVAC Maintenance Plan supports equipment reliability, helps identify developing problems and provides a repair discount during the active agreement.
What is included
One cooling visit and one heating visit
- Two preventive maintenance visits per unit in a 12-month period
- Clean or replace eligible air filters under the plan terms
- Check electrical connections and components
- Inspect blower assembly and thermostat operation
- Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks
- Inspect condensate pump and drain line
- Check overall HVAC operation
- Inspect the blower belt; replacement is additional when required

Important plan terms
The customer is responsible for scheduling both visits, and both must be completed during the 12-month agreement period. Condenser-coil chemical cleaning and replacement belts are not included and will be quoted when needed. The repair discount does not apply to equipment replacement, third-party services, taxes, freight or after-hours premium labor unless stated otherwise.
