Can a larger AC system cool my home better?
Not necessarily. Oversized equipment may cycle too quickly and create comfort, humidity and efficiency problems. Correct sizing should consider the structure, heat gain, ductwork and other conditions.
Can my existing ductwork be used for refrigerated air?
Sometimes. Barrett inspects its size, condition, leakage, layout and airflow before recommending reuse or modification.
Should I repair or replace my system?
That depends on age, condition, repair cost, efficiency, refrigerant, comfort and expected remaining life. We explain both paths when both are reasonable.
